Robert R. Beltran, M.D., Pharm. D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Beltran received his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of California at San Francisco in 1977. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of California at San Francisco in 1979.

Dr. Beltran completed 2 years of general surgery training, followed by a 3 year residency in Otolaryngology-Facial Cosmetic Surgery at the University of Southern California - Los Angeles County Medical Center in 1984.

Dr. Beltran is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology -Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a prominent member of the American Society of Liposuction Surgery, the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery, and a fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.).

Dr. Beltran's practice was established in Orange County, California in 1984.
